Welcome to By The Bunch! By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.


1. Orders and Payments  

  • All orders for floral arrangements and workshops must be placed through our website, email, or phone.  

  • Orders must be received by 9 PM to be eligible for next-day delivery.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay.  

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored for confirmed orders.

2. Cancellations and Refunds  

  • Floral Arrangements: Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup may not be refunded due to the perishable nature of the product.  

  • All items in our shop are final sale. If your flower arrangement dies within one day of delivery, please email hello.bythebunch@gmail.com. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion. Please note that the shelf life of our products is generally 3-5 days, and may vary depending on the type of blooms included.

  • Workshops: Workshop bookings must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion.  

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation approval.

3. Delivery and Pickup  

  • We offer delivery services within the Pasadena and Los Angeles area. Delivery fees and availability will be confirmed during checkout.  

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.  

  • Pickup orders will be ready at the agreed-upon time and location. Failure to pick up within 24 hours may result in the arrangement being forfeited without a refund.

4. Workshops  

  • All workshop participants must register in advance. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  

  • Workshops are non-transferable unless approved in writing by By The Bunch.  

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Product Disclaimer  

  • Due to the natural and seasonal variations of flowers, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flowers or colors. Substitutions may be made with comparable blooms to maintain the quality and overall design of the arrangement.  

  • Dried floral products are delicate by nature. Handle with care to ensure longevity.

6. Liability  

  • By The Bunch is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, transportation delays, or supply shortages.  

  • Participation in workshops is at your own risk. By The Bunch is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation.

7. Privacy Policy  

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering or booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing your transaction and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
