  • What types of floral arrangements do you offer?

    We offer fresh floral arrangements, bouqets, tablescapes, and workshops. Our fresh arrangements are seasonally inspired, and the best in season. We also provide curated tablescapes with arrangements, bud vases, and napkin add-ons for special events.

  • How do I place an order?

    You can place an order through our website, by email, or by phone. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide you with details about delivery.

    Note* orders must be received by 9 PM to be eligible for next-day delivery. At this time we do not do same-day orders.

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes! We offer delivery services within Pasadena and the Los Angeles area. Delivery fees and times will be confirmed at checkout. Please ensure the delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Can I customize an arrangement?

    Absolutely! We love working with customers to create personalized designs. Just let us know your preferences for flowers, colors, and style, and we’ll tailor the arrangement to fit your vision.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For fresh floral arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. For workshops, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.

  • What happens if I need to cancel a workshop?

    If you need to cancel a workshop, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations after that window may not be refunded, though rescheduling may be an option.

  • How do your workshops work?

    Our workshops are designed to be fun, interactive, and educational! We provide all materials, and participants learn how to create their own floral designs to take home. Private workshops can be booked for events, and we also offer community workshops.

  • What should I expect in a private workshop?

    Private workshops are customizable based on your preferences and group size. They’re perfect for parties, events, or corporate team-building. We’ll work with you to tailor the experience, including the flowers and design focus, to make it special for your group.

  • Can I send an arrangement as a gift?

    Yes! You can send any of our arrangements as a gift. Just let us know during checkout, and we can include a custom note.

  • How do I care for my flowers?

    Fresh flowers should be kept in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat. Make sure to change the water every couple of days and trim the stems to keep them fresh. For dried florals, keep them out of humid areas and avoid direct sunlight to maintain their longevity.
